Delete your account and data

This page is for anyone with a MobiRide account—including MobiRide Driver partners and riders—to request that we delete your account and associated personal data, in line with our Privacy Policy.

What we delete

When we process a valid request, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to your account to the extent we can do so while operating the service and meeting our legal obligations. The exact scope depends on your account type (for example, driver vs rider) and what data we hold.

What we may retain

We may keep certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes—for example records needed for tax, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or enforcing our agreements. Where retention applies, we limit use to those purposes.

How to request deletion

Email our Data Protection contact with the details below. Using the button opens your email app with a template you can complete—this is the official way to request account and data deletion.

  • Send from an address you can access (we may verify ownership).
  • Include your registered phone number in international format and whether you use the driver or rider app.
