1 Before the Ride
Safety starts before you even open the car door. MobiRide encourages all riders to verify their ride details to ensure they are getting into the right vehicle with the right driver.
GOLDEN RULE: CHECK THE PLATE
Never get into a vehicle if the license plate number or car model does not match what is displayed in your MobiRide app.
Match the Driver: Look at the driver's photo in the app and confirm it matches the person behind the wheel.
Ask "Who are you picking up?": Instead of asking "Is this for [Your Name]?", ask the driver to confirm the name of the passenger.
2 During the Ride
Share Your Trip
Use the "Share Status" feature to send your live location and trip details to a trusted friend or family member directly from the app.
Buckle Up
Seatbelts are mandatory for both riders and drivers in Eswatini. Please ensure you buckle up as soon as you enter the vehicle.
3 After the Ride
Rate & Report
Your feedback keeps our community safe. Please rate your driver honestly. If you felt unsafe or uncomfortable, report the issue immediately through the "Help" tab.
